RESEARCH & ANALYSIS
To kickstart the project, extensive research was conducted to understand Nairame's target audience, their pain points, and expectations from the services.
Additionally, a competitor analysis was carried out to identify industry best practices and trends.
User interviews, surveys, and website analytics were used to gather valuable insights. The research revealed that users valued simplicity, quick access to information, and secure transaction processes.
SOLUTION
The website redesign was guided by the following principles:
User-Focused Design: The user interface was designed with simplicity and ease of navigation in mind. Common user tasks, such as booking a ride or exploring investment options, were made prominent.
Accessibility Compliance: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) were adhered to, ensuring an inclusive experience for all users.
Responsive Design: The website was optimized for various devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones, to accommodate users accessing the site on different platforms.
Consistent Branding: Nairame's branding elements, including the logo, color scheme, and typography, were consistently applied throughout the website to reinforce brand identity.
