Tibaldi creates many limited edition pens including those to honour the Bentley brand of fine automobiles. I led the launch of the UK version of their e-commerce store leading to a 63% increase in sales conversion.

Led design of the shopping experience to launch the Rentokil Malaysia e-commerce. Reduced average user wait-time (-40%) and shopping error (-84%).
